My approach to therapy is humanistic and focused on your needs. I work with you as a "whole person", understanding you as an individual and not defined by your struggles. I believe that the foundation of a positive therapy experience is developing a strong, trusting, confidential relationship with your therapist. With this approach, your treatment is sensitive to and respectful of your values, culture and beliefs. From there, we collaboratively work to understand current challenges as well as highlight and build on your personal strengths.
